According to a stunning report published in Britain’s Sunday Times, scientists at Wuhan Institute of Virology, which most believe was the source of the COVID pandemic, were working alongside the Chinese Military to produce biological weapons, The Blaze reports.

The Sunday Times, who interviewed several people with the US State Department’s team investigating the source of the COVID epidemic, added that prior to the COVID outbreak, Wuhan scientists were already working on a vaccine to protect their citizens.

The Blaze writes:

“As the world emerged from lockdown, U.S. State Department investigators were given access to secret intelligence on what had been happening in China in the months and years before COVID emerged,” the report read. “More than a dozen investigators were given unparalleled access to ‘metadata, phone information and internet information’ from intercepts collected by the U.S. intelligence services.”

The Sunday Times spoke with three members of the investigative team, which determined: “Wuhan scientists were conducting experiments on RaTG13 from the Moijang mine, and that covert military research, including laboratory animal experiments, was being done at the institute before the pandemic.” […]

The Sunday Times stated, “The scientists had created a highly infectious super-coronavirus with a terrifying kill-rate that in all probability would never have emerged in nature. The new genetically modified virus was not COVID-19 but it might have been even more deadly if it had leaked.”

Meanwhile, in Canada …

On an equally disturbing note, in 2019 the RCMP escorted two Chinese scientists out of Canada’s highest-level virus lab in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It was alleged they had shipped some of the world’s most deadly pathogens available at the Winnipeg lab to the Wuhan lab.

The Toronto Sun explains:

While still at the lab, Dr. Qiu was involved in shipping samples of the Ebola and Henipah viruses to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

There was also the sharing of other information between the lab the Wuhan Institute.

In an interview with CBC, Amir Attaran, an epidemiologist and law professor from the University of Ottawa, had this to say about the Winnipeg incident:

“We have a researcher who was removed by the RCMP from the highest security laboratory that Canada has for reasons that government is unwilling to disclose. The intelligence remains secret. But what we know is that before she was removed, she sent one of the deadliest viruses on Earth, and multiple varieties of it to maximize the genetic diversity and maximize what experimenters in China could do with it, to a laboratory in China that does dangerous gain of function experiments. And that has links to the Chinese military.”
