Nike sued Lululemon and Curiouser Products Inc. for patent infringement Wednesday in connection with Lululemon’s Mirror Home Gym. The lawsuit, filed by Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in New York Southern District Court, asserts a family of patents related to digital fitness equipment and apps. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00082, Nike, Inc. v. Lululemon Athletica Inc. et al.
