To be honest, I didn't noticed any differences after taking this Ashwagandha .... but, my daughter is very satisfied, she likes it a lot !! First time she took recommended dose (2 dropperfuls ) before going to bed, and in the next morning she almost was late to work bcoz she couldn't awake herself properly ! And she was very sleepy whole that day.. After that she reduced it to only 1 dropperful, but she is taking it occasionally after some stressful day so that she can sleep better...
So, this product really works, but obviously not for everyone (like not for me).
