Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk/cream
  • ½ cup agave nectar, maple syrup, honey, or cane sugar

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth or until chunky if you desire small bits of strawberry in your ice cream.

  2. Follow instructions on page 7 of user manual to operate the Elado.
