I came to Hackensack for evaluation for kidney transplant if I had known that the cardiac department was so weak " and the liver options were so weak in case something happened during surgery that you couldn't take care of me, I would've never replied, or wasted my time coming there I'll be at high risk. Your facility was highly recommended. Hence why I came there to find out that even with a donor I was turned down to be a part of your transplant team for treatment.
