Border Refugee Assistance Fund

The Border Refugee Assistance Fund is a joint initiative of the Bishop of the Diocese of El Paso and the Hope Border Institute to respond to the humanitarian needs of vulnerable people in situations of human mobility on the border between the United States and Mexico.

Raising the bar, but lowering fairness
