I’ve been working in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years having started my career as a cashier in 1996.

My expertise incorporates advised and non-advised distribution and manufacture within the Retail Banking, Investments, Pensions, Annuities, mainstream Mortgage and Equity Release markets. I’ve also operated as a Financial Adviser in all of those areas.

I speak regularly in the UK and across Europe on such topics as; Agile leadership, how financial services needs to adapt for an ageing society, the importance of developing an outcome based customer experience model and the role technology plays in supporting societies most vulnerable.
