Jill is an experienced Independent Non Executive Director, with over 25 years experience in the Asset Management industry with a focus on retail.

She is currently an independent Non Executive Director The Big Exchange, two Royal London subsidiary Boards, TISA (The Investing & Savings Alliance) and also is the Chair of the Advisory Council for T Bailey Asset Management. Prior to this, Jill was the CEO of The Big Exchange, a direct to consumer impact investing platform, and before joining The Big Exchange, headed up UK Retail and Distribution Support for Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Jill has always been an advocate for individual investors and also has a real passion for how those investors can make their money work for them, for others and for the planet.
