Have you downloaded the Transit GO Ticket app? With Transit GO Rewards, your Transit GO trips can take you even further! Just by riding public transportation, you can earn rewards that will save you money on your next trip.
Rewards points can be redeemed for either free mobile tickets on the Transit GO Ticket app or for credits on private transportation modes including Bird, Lime, Link, and Veo.

Earn, view and redeem points

View and claim points
View your point balance on the "Earn" or "Redeem" tabs.
- Go to "Recent Earnings."
- Tap "Claim" button.
- Your points will be added to your balance and are eligible for reward redemption.

Redeem points
Use your points from right inside the app.
- Go to the "Redeem" section.
- If you are using points for the first time, you need to verify your phone number. (Please note, your phone number is not stored on the Transit GO Ticket app. Once your phone number is verified, you can use earned points.)
- If you are redeeming points for a mobile transit ticket, select "ticket" from the menu and then tap "redeem."
- You will be directed to a "purchase screen" with a promo code automatically applied for your free mobile ticket.
- Access the ticket under the “Use” tab.
- If you are redeeming points for an e-bike or scooter, select the reward offer from the menu, and then tap "redeem." Follow the instructions to use your credit.

Redemption history
Access a history of your redeemed points on the top right of your "Earn" and "Redeem" tabs. Next to your point balance, select the “clock icon” to see your point activity history.
Please complete trips to earn points; points cannot be purchased.

Rules and requirements
Reward points do not expire. However, after 6 months of not opening the Transit GO Ticket app and visiting the rewards tab, your Rewards account will become inactive and you will stop earning them. At the end of each month, if your status remains inactive, 300 points will be deducted from your account and recycled back into the program.
Mobile transit tickets redeemed through Transit GO Rewards do not expire. Credits for private e-bike and scooter companies may have an expiration date. Check the reward offers on the "Redeem" tab for details.
Points earned do not have a cash value and are non-transferable. You can only use Rewards points that you have earned. You cannot transfer points to others and they cannot transfer points to you.
